10-11 Thai bagwork – traditional Thai padwork session 10x rounds with strength exercises inbetween each round.

12-1 Lunch-time fitness – excellent general fitness session, drop-in between 12-1 and do as much as you like.

5-6.30 Open sparring – conditional and hard sparring class for those students who want to improve conditioning and aspire to compete.

7-8 Micks World of Pain Strength and Conditioning – ‘old skool’ style class with good old fashioned strength and conditioning exercises and equipment , guaranteed results!!!

8-9.30 B1 – complete beginner class (level 1) learning basic technique and defence through partner work and padwork.
