Thai Padwork @ 10.  Just a reminder that we’ve got another Thai pad work class on at 10am tomorrow morning (Thursday). Extraordinary Thai padwork drills to help you respond to any combat situation. Punches, kicks, knees, elbows, fighting combinations and defensive techniques to wake you up and put them to sleep!!! Every Tuesday n Thursday @ 10am.

Open session @11am. One hour to do as you please….Bagwork, stretching, sparring, weights, gym work – anything you want. Everyday Mon – Fri @11am.

Stamina & Endurance class @ 12noon. A very tough one hour cardio class incorporating Muay Thai drills and exercises to get your heart healthy and strong. Every Tues n Thurs @ 12noon.
