New Open Sessions


The gym will be having 2 evenings per month as open sessions. These sessions are an excellent time for students to come together in a mixed class of grades and do¬†your own thing. You can warm up by skipping, tyres or jogging, do your own stretch then choose to do some bagwork and or padwork. It’s a good time to practice without the constraint of a structured class and you can stay for the whole session or finish when you want.

Tonight Wednesday 25th Feb 5-8pm

Thursday 26th Feb 6.30-8pm
