New Open Sessions


The gym will be having 2 evenings per month as open sessions. These sessions are an excellent time for students to come together in a mixed class of grades and do your own thing. You can warm up by skipping, tyres or jogging, do your own stretch then choose to do some bagwork and or padwork. It’s a good time to practice without the constraint of a structured class and you can stay for the whole session or finish when you want.

Tonight Wednesday 25th Feb 5-8pm

Thursday 26th Feb 6.30-8pm
