“Mick’s World of Pain”


What a fantastic strength & conditioning class we had tonight!!! Packed and full of 100% effort from everyone. 60 minutes of non-stop power building in a totally different and unusual way. This class has it all and builds the kind of strength fighters need. There’s no bench press or bicep curls here, just plain, “old school” strength training to test your body to its MAX. Come and give it a try – anyone can train – and the first lesson is completely FREE. (but come early). Every Friday at 7pm only at Wicker Camp, S4 7YS.
