Just a reminder that tonight's sparring class 6-7pm is a mixed session for all graded students from B2 upwards. There is NO beginner sparring at 7pm.

Open Session Week 24-28th August This week is an open session week where any student can come and train independently alongside all other students....whether you want to do bagwork or padwork....
