Road to Legacy Results

WickerCamp had a great day at this local event. Our fighters performed really well and looked sharp and well schooled.

Adnan Khan won unanimously on points in this Muay Thai junior bout. He worked well staying calm and focused with good footwork and good solid techniques.

Zubair Faqiri lost narrowly on points after dominating the first two and a half rounds with strong punches and kicks but losing the fight narrowly in the end in the clinch. A good learning fight to move forward and make improvements.

Roman Carnall won on points in a very exciting close fight. Roman remained focused and measured using great footwork , strong boxing and elbows with good defence and countering skills against a very aggressive opponent. It was a great fight against a very strong fighter from a good established camp (Mike Tobins). A great win to move forward and upward.

Riley Carnall won by TKO (RSC) in another very exciting bout. Riley took control from the very first punch dominating his opponent and working his kicks off strong jabs and very good clinchwork. Staying focused he controlled the fight to his advantage. Another good win to move forward to the next level.

Arkan Hussain got a draw which we thought was an unfair decision. It was a very good fight and close at times, but Arkan's work rate, scoring and defensive skills were superior throughout the fight. Although he didn't get the win it didn't matter because the performance was excellent.

I would like to thank all of the fighters for their hard work and commitment during fight camp. That paid off as all of them looked sharp.

Also a big thank you to my corner team, Pete, Roo and Harry who make my job easier on the day.

Finally thank you to Hamdi and Bin the promoters and all their team for a great show.

It was also lovely to see some old faces still going strong, Christian from Ni Yai, Mike from Tobins, Dean from Phra Chao Sua, Pierre from Kao Loi. 😊🥊
