Merry Christmas 🎁 to everyone who celebrates and season greetings to all others. If you've indulged a little too much today and fancy burning off a few calories🥵 tomorrow then come and do the open session 11am to 12 noon. A bit of bagwork or some padwork with a partner or a bit of both....... it will make you feel better physically and mentally.
