Open Session Week

This week is an open session week where any student can come and train independently alongside all other students....whether you want to do bagwork or padwork....

(B1 classes will run as usual Mon - Thur 8-9pm)

Mon/Wed - 5-8pm

Tues/Thur - 6-8pm

Fri - 5-6pm

Friday - 6-7pm mixed sparring (beginners/intermediates/advanced/fighters)

A friendly but competitive in house event giving you excellent ring experience and the opportunity to pit your developing sparring skills against a friend or foe😬

Red team vs Blue team battle it out for the famous Team Sparring Championship Cup 🏆. £8 to enter or spectate all competitors receive a medal 🥇and some courage 🦁.
