9-12 noon. 5-6pm.

Mixed Sparring 6-7pm

Come along and train independently alongside all levels, beginners, intermediates, advanced, instructors and fighters. A chance to hit some bags or do some padwork with a partner.

Well done to all those who competed in this interclub with an excellent performance from all gaining valuable experience.

Jai Yai's Collide

Battle in the Sun Lowestoft

This is an open air event with Roo March-Mullaney fighting (A class), Franky Sandor (C class ProAm ) and Zane Polin (N class his debut).

Zubair was also matched but unfortunately his opponent has just pulled out over the weekend. We are hoping they will be able to rematch him this week.
