Harry Hardwick vs Josh White English Title 79kg

This was a great main card fight and both lads fought very well.

Harry caught Josh early in the first round with a left hook that put Josh on the back foot. Harry rushed in a bit too quick and it got a bit scrappy.

Harry used his kicks well to the legs and body scoring effectively in the early rounds with Josh favouring his hands with solid punches to the head and body.

The fight was close with Harry just edging it in the early rounds.

In the third round he started to lose focus on the kicks and Josh worked better in the clinch and with his boxing. Both fighters used their elbows well in and out of the clinch with Harry landing some good clean long range elbows whilst Josh scored in the clinch.

Both fighters fought well and in the end Josh had the higher more effective work rate and won on points.

A great performance from Harry he looked clean and precise but just not enough of it.....onward and upward.
