Friday Sparring Classes
Our mixed sparring sessions have been very popular and are really beneficial to our all students.
So we will be running them more often up to the end of the year.
The next one will be Friday the 20th November.
All future dates will be displayed on the WickerCamp blackboard next to the ladies changing room.
Morning Open Sessions
From Monday 9th November our Monday Wednesday Friday morning open sessions will change.
We will open at 9.30am and there will be an instructional padwork class at 10am which will incorporate a warm up, stretch and 5 rounds of padwork. The gym will close after at 11am. Students may still come anytime from 9.30-11am and do bagwork as an option.
Upcoming Shows
This big event in Great Yarmouth is hosting an 8 man tournament with a total of £25,000 prize money in the pot.
3 FTR fights in one night!! quarter final 3x3 minute rounds, semi final 3x3 minute rounds and the final 5x3 minute rounds.
Roo is in this event with other WickerCamp fighters competing on the same card.
