We are offering one months free membership for the best Halloween sparring costume.

You must be able to spar in the costume and defend yourself without the use of weapons.

Sparring tonight

Just a reminder that tonight's sparring class 6-7pm is a mixed session for all graded students from B2 upwards. There is NO beginner sparring at 7pm.
