GROUP GRADING

The times for our final group grading of the year will be published on Thursday.

Anyone who is on the reserve list we have a number of slots available to grade on Wednesday 17th at 11am or 4pm. Please text me on 07743596420 if interested.

Christmas Timetable

This week is the final week of classes. Our Xmas Timetable starts on Monday 22nd December.

Anyone can come to the Open Sessions for as long or as little time as you like.

So drop in and hit the bags for a bit or do some padwork with your mate to keep your fitness up or to de-stress the Christmas madness or catch up with your fellow students.
