GROUP GRADINGS

We have a group grading for ALL BEGINNER students on Saturday 7th March. Limited time slots are available so have a chat with an instructor to ask if you're ready. Remember Beginner 1 students should be training a minimum of 6 months before considering to grade.

We also have a group grading for ALL INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED students on Sunday 8th March. Again limited time slots are available and the name lists will go on reception in February.

Remember we do offer some days and times to grade privately so if that suits you better please see Trix.

OPEN SESSION WEEK

We are having an open session week from Monday 16th to Thursday 19th February. These sessions will replace the usual classes for these days.

Monday and Wednesday 5-8pm.

Tuesday and Thursday 6-8pm.

These are self directed sessions where you can come and train independently, workout on the bags or partner up and do some self directed padwork.

OUR BEGINNER CLASSES MONDAY TO THURSDAY 8-9PM ARE STILL RUNNING AS NORMAL.

All are welcome from other gyms to train with us in this seminar, as well as our beloved Wicker Camp students.

Sparring experience is a must! Shin guards, groin guard, gum shield and gloves are needed to attend!
