Easter Holidays Closure

REMINDER we will be closed for all classes for Easter from Good Friday 3rd April to Easter Monday 6th April inclusive.

Why not book a group 121 session with one of our instructors over this period. Work on specific techniques and skills or just have a good blast on the pads. Prices can be as little as £5pp in a group of 6!!

Open Session Week

We be running an open session week from Tuesday 7th April to Friday 10th April.

The only two instructed classes to run will be a women only class on Wednesday 8th April 6-7pm and the Friday night sparring class 6-7pm which will be a combined class for both graded beginners and intermediate, advanced students.

Junior Classes

The final class will be Sunday 29th March and resume on Tuesday 14th April.
