GROUP GRADING
We are having TWO group grading dates in December.
Saturday 6th December 12-5pm.
Saturday 20th December 12-5pm.
You have the option to grade on either date and places are limited.
Please write your name and CURRENT grade clearly in CAPITALS on your chosen date list on reception.
IMPORTANT
Please note you need to make sure one of the instructors has confirmed you are ready to grade.

🎄 So, this Christmas, we’re giving to something bigger.
A charity that is close to my heart, Tommy’s exists to stop the heartbreak and devastation of baby loss and to make pregnancy and birth safer for everyone.
Tommy's is dedicated to finding causes and treatments as well as providing trusted pregnancy and baby loss information and support.
On December 19th at Wicker Camp, Sheffield, I’ll be doing a 24-hour Muay Thai sparathon to raise money and awareness for Tommy’s baby loss charity, who support thousands of people through pregnancy and baby loss. This will be in memory of my daughter Nova, who was born sleeping on December 18th, at 28 weeks.
We’re aiming for 300+ rounds over 24 hours. 💪
You can get involved by joining me for a round (or a few!).
You can either donate to the event as a whole, or make a donation for each round that you book in to spar with me — every bit helps and every round counts. ❤️🥊
For the rounds that aren’t booked, I’ll be shadow sparring to fill the gaps, so the action continues nonstop for the full 24 hours.
Together, we’ll keep the rounds going for 24 hours.
Your donation will help find answers, cures and makes breakthroughs happen. Each donation will help take a step closer to saving babies' lives.
