Friday Night Team Sparring
A fantastic evening of Muay Thai sparring with some excellent performances and some really exciting matches. Everyone gets a medal and gains invaluable experience and confidence.
The Blue Team won by one bout and retained the Championship Cup.

Saturday Junior Grading
Congratulations to all those junior students who passed their grading at the weekend. We had a 100% pass rate with some excellent scores and one first class pass!!
